£45.00 New: Hard Drive Scrape. Any PC (3.5) hard drive or notebook (2.5) hard drive can be scraped to get at your files in the off chance you have not backed them up. As long as the file has not been overwritten by another file we may be able to retrieve it. Even if your hard drive has been formatted. This is a lengthy process and your scraped files will be returned on burnt DVD (or CD) disc so you can’t lose them again.
Upgrade items (doesn't matter if it’s a sound card, video or any type of card):
£15.00 per item if you supply the item.
£10.00 per item if upgrading more than one item at the same time and you have supplied them.
£7.50 per item if we supply the item.
Operating System Installation:
£35.00 you must have your working serial code and your installation CD.
If you have not got your installation CD and you need software drivers a charge applies for each driver you require (A driver is software that works to communicate between an operating system and a peripheral. Think of it as a translator. If you use a bad driver, your OS won't understand your video card (example) and may become unstable and crash. Hardware manufacturers constantly update drivers to make them faster and more stable.
There are drivers for printers, video, sound cards, image scanners, modems,etc. Drivers are regularly updated and new versions can help fix problems and bring significant performance improvements).
£10.00 per driver downloaded and installed.
PC Build:
£40.00 if you supply all the items (does not include OS install).
Free of charge if we are supplying the items.
Technical Support: Home User:
£75.00 per year protect one PC from hardware faults for a year (none software) and labour only.
£25.00 per hour for the first hour and charged at a per hour cost.
£15.00 per hour any hour after the first hour and charged at a per hour cost.
£25.00 per hour Remote Control (where we log into your pc online you would need to download our remote software which will be emailed to you after you have purchased an appointment slot, and you would need to be online).
Technical support is charged in all instances whether we are building you a network, installing a printer,installing a new monitor and or effecting an internet setup.
Technical Support for the Business User:

Hardware Diagnostic:
Included in the first one hour charged as technical support if needed unless requested for bench testing purpose in which case the cost is £10.00 per item tested.
£10.00 memory test.

£10.00 CPU test (each).
£10.00 graphics card test.
£10.00 sound card test.
£10.00 any other hardware related test including: Hard drive, floppy drive, cd (dvd) rom stress testing.
To save money it would be practical to sign up for the year hardware support at £65.00 and have your pc stress tested, this way if your hardware fails in that year we will fix it at no labour charge and you only pay for the items you need, and then you will seethe results for yourself on the diagnostic screen the technician has prepared for you.
